I've put these letters here as a guideline for others who want to sue spammers either in VA or in their own state. Trust me, winning is easier than collecting after a judgment, so if they will settle, it will be worth it.

Dear Mr. Comish:

Enclosed is a copy of the judgment against your company for the unsolicited bulk electronic mail that I have received.   The judgment is for
a total of $623 plus interest from December 6, 2002, which as of today comes to $4.61 for a grand total of $627.61.

I will be waiting until Friday, January 10 for a response from you or your company regarding this judgment.  I accept most any form of
payment - check, money order, bank check or cash.
 
I hope that we can work this out quickly.  If I do not hear from you by 5pm EST on January 10, 2003, I will assume that your company refuses
to pay the judgment and begin the collection process through the legal system.  I look forward to hearing from you.
